Paula Cave-Ayland MISRM

paula-cave-ayland.jpgPaula became a therapist over fifteen years ago when she gained a diploma in Aromatherapy.

Over the years she has built on that foundation and expanded her skills by gaining qualifications in Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Indian Head Massage, Facial Rejuvenation, On-Site Massage, Myofascial Release, Maternity Massage and Baby Massage Instruction.

However she was drawn to take up Sport and Remedial Massage as it appeared to offer more effective techniques for dealing with pain and discomfort as well as offering opportunities for learning.

Paula has been practising Sport and Remedial Massage since 2009. This now forms the greater part of her practice. As well as working in a clinic environment she enjoys working on-site at sporting events and also in a corporate setting.  She plans to work for a Level 5 Qualification in the coming year.
Paula strongly supports an integrated approach to health.

She is involved with a local community group providing low-cost complementary therapies to people in Thamesmead. She also has experience in working with a local Parkinsons UK group and  supporting people coping with cancer.
